We recently completed a pump down and re-start of a 5600 ton refrigeration system for a Brewery in Southern California. During this shut down we changed over 150 valves ranging in size from 2” to 16”. The process took about 3 months of prefabricating work. All leading up to a 6-day shutdown. During these 6 days we installed all of the prefabricated piping and valves successfully.
Built a facility for Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group in the Southern Cal area. Included screw compressor installation, heat exchangers, pumps and a 26,000 gallon glycol buffer tank. In addition to this we assisted in the re-design and installation of several lines at the downtown Los Angeles Coca Cola facility.
Specialty beverages are another area in which we shine. We have built two blast coolers for a Kombucha producer. Each blast cooler will take 200,000 bottles of Kombucha from 90F to 33F in 24 hours.
